CashFlowTool Product Update - December 2019

Our CashFlowTool team is always hard at work adding new features and updating current features to make it easier for our customers! This month is no different, we are excited to announce two new features for CashFlowTool.

Weekly Email Summary CashFlowTool helps you keep up-to-date on your business, and focus on what matters.  Now with this weekly email summary you can get key metrics delivered to your inbox each week.  Each Monday morning, a weekly email summary for each business will be sent and  will cover what is coming up next week and what happened last week. Below is an example what your weekly email summary looks like. Of course, if wish not to receive these weekly emails, you can disable the weekly email summary by selecting the gear icon next to the business name and turning off the "Send Weekly Email Summary" option.  Only the business owner will be sent the weekly email summary.

 

QuickBooks Desktop Users – Sync from Different Accounts

CashFlowTool now allows multiple users to sync a QuickBooks company file from different computers.  Anyone you invite to your business can sync the company file.  For example, if you are a business owner and you would like your office manager who has access to the books to be able to sync your company file, they now can in three simple steps! 

1. Invite users you would like to be able to sync to your business

2. Have the invited user accept the invite.  They may need to create a new CashFlowTool account if they don’t already have one.

3. Install CashFlowTool’s QuickBooks Desktop Add-in Finagraph Connect on the same machine where QuickBooks Desktop is installed. https://www.cashflowtool.com/installfinagraphconnect
