No, if you are on an existing plan, the pricing remains the same for all existing businesses until January 1, 2019. If you are on an annual plan, no action is needed until your annual plan expires.

All features included in the Pro plan are enabled during your trial.

After your trial expires, you will no longer be able to update your financials from QuickBooks. You can still login, and view your cash flow calendar and dashboards. To restore full functionality, select a plan and add payment.

Yes, all plans include email support. Select the help button on our home page to create a support ticket. We typically reply the same day.

The Pro Plus plan provides phone support and quarterly coaching sessions. After you sign-up for Pro Plus, you will be provided details.

Yes, we have lots of material to help you get started. First, every card shown on the dashboard has video coaching built in providing you details how the card is calculated and what the numbers mean to your business. Our website's getting started page has short videos on common topics to get you up and running quickly. Getting Start page. Finally, for Pro Plus users, the plan includes quarterly coaching sessions with a Finagraph expert.

No, at this time we only support companies inside the US. Support for Canada and Australia is coming soon.

New cards are generated each time your financials are updated, and there may be a slight delay while cards are being calculated before they are shown. Also, a few cards are only shown if they currently apply. For example, the Best Sales Month only shows if the current month beat the previous 12 months.

All plans start with a 30 day trial.

If you own multiple businesses and would like to use CashFlowTool.com for each of your businesses, you need a separate subscription for each business. Each additional business is 50% off the plan that you are on (email team@cashflowtool.com to activate). After adding a business, a 30-day free trial is automatically started. You can subscribe at any time by viewing the subscription page.
